Ingredients
½ lb chicken or paneer
2 tsp Springburst Malai Tikka Base
1 tbsp hung curd
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
Salt to taste (optional)
2 tsp ghee or butter (for basting)
Method of Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the chicken or paneer into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2: Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, fresh cream, Springburst Malai Tikka Base, ginger garlic paste, and green chilli paste until smooth and well blended.
Step 3: Marinate
Add the chicken or paneer pieces and coat them evenly with the marinade. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4: Grill the Tikka

Step 5: Baste & Serve
Baste with ghee or butter during grilling for extra richness and a glossy finish. Serve hot.
Chef's Tips
Chicken thighs provide a juicier texture, while paneer should be firm and fresh to prevent breaking.
Marinate for up to 2 hours for deeper flavor and extra tenderness.
