  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • ½ tsp small elaichi (cardamom) powder

  • 1 tsp white pepper powder

  • ½ tsp fennel powder

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp ghee

Method of Preparation

Step 1: Sauté the Aromatics

Heat ghee in a kadai over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.

Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Gravy

Add the diluted Sunbay White Gravy along with milk and cream. Stir continuously and cook for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Add the Spices

Add:

  • White pepper powder

  • Fennel powder

  • Elaichi powder

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Mix thoroughly to develop the rich Mughlai-style flavor profile.

Step 4: Add Paneer or Kofta

Gently add paneer cubes or malai kofta along with the mixed vegetables.

Step 5: Simmer Gently

Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes so the kofta or paneer absorbs the creamy gravy without breaking.
