Ingredients
½ cup Sunbay Yellow Base Gravy
¼ lb paneer
¼ cup green peas
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup tomato, chopped
1 tsp green chilli, chopped
½ cup water
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp fresh cream
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
A pinch of crushed kasuri methi (for garnish)
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Step 1: Sauté the Onion
Heat butter in a pan over medium flame. Add chopped onion and sauté until light golden and aromatic.
Step 2: Add Tomato & Green Chilli
Add chopped tomato and green chilli. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
Step 3: Prepare the Gravy
Add coriander powder, then stir in the Sunbay Yellow Base Gravy along with water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the gravy blends well.
Step 4: Add Paneer & Peas
Add green peas and paneer cubes. Cook gently until the gravy thickens slightly and coats the paneer evenly.
Step 5: Finish with Cream & Spices
Stir in fresh cream, garam masala, and crushed kasuri methi. Mix gently without overcooking the paneer.
Step 6: Serve Hot
Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
